Renée Ambarees Isermann LLC / Yoga4Face® offers educational, wellness, embodiment, spiritual, personal development, face yoga, visibility, self-expression, and transformational experiences.

These may include, but are not limited to:

online courses, digital products, private sessions, group programs, workshops, keynotes, retreat experiences, mentorship, embodiment practices, face yoga practices, and spiritual or soul-level self-reflection work.

The details, duration, price, format, and included elements of each offer are described on the respective sales page, booking page, checkout page, invoice, payment link, or written agreement.

3. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout or on the relevant invoice,
payment link, sales page, or written agreement.

Payment may be processed through third-party payment providers such as
Stripe or other secure payment platforms.

By purchasing or booking, you agree to pay the full amount shown at checkout,
on the payment link, invoice, or written agreement.

If a payment plan is offered and selected, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full.
A payment plan is not a subscription that can be canceled early unless otherwise stated in writing.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access to the purchased offer,
course, program, session, materials, or experience.

4. Refund Policy / All Sales Final

Because Yoga4Face® work requires energetic commitment, personal responsibility, preparation, access to intellectual property, and reserved time or space, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Refunds are not provided due to:

change of mind, lack of participation, inner resistance, discomfort with the process, avoidance, failure to complete the work, failure to attend sessions, failure to implement the provided guidance, or unwillingness to continue the process.

By purchasing, booking, or enrolling, you acknowledge that you are making a conscious commitment to the work and that your participation, integration, and results are your responsibility.

Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting Renée Ambarees Isermann LLC
may be considered a breach of these Terms.

5. Client Responsibility & Spiritual Commitment

Yoga4Face® is not only facial movement or educational content. It may include embodiment work, visibility work, spiritual work, intuitive reflection, emotional awareness, and soul-level self-inquiry.

This work may invite you to look at patterns, emotions, resistance, self-protection, visibility blocks, and the places where you are being called to rise.

By entering this work, you agree to participate with honesty, personal responsibility, and willingness.

Renée Ambarees Isermann LLC / Yoga4Face® may provide guidance, practices, education, reflection, intuitive insight, and support. However, no practitioner, teacher, mentor, coach, or facilitator can do the work for you.

Your choices, actions, participation, integration, wellbeing, and results remain your sole responsibility.

This is not a space for half-commitment. If you choose to enroll, you are choosing to show up for your own process.

The work may include face yoga, facial movement, facial awareness, breath awareness, embodiment practices, nervous system education, intuitive reflection, spiritual inquiry, visibility work, self-expression, feminine leadership, and soul-level transformation.

This work is not medical advice, psychological advice, therapy, counseling, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for support from a licensed medical, mental health, dermatological, psychological, psychiatric, or healthcare professional.

By participating in any Yoga4Face® offering, you understand that embodiment, spiritual work, personal growth, and transformation may bring up emotions, discomfort, resistance, self-reflection, or unexpected inner processes.

You agree to participate voluntarily and to take full responsibility for your choices, actions, limits, wellbeing, integration, and results.

7. No Guaranteed Results

No specific result or outcome is promised or guaranteed.

Results vary from person to person and depend on many individual factors, including your personal circumstances, consistency, participation, choices, physical condition, emotional readiness, and willingness to engage with the work.

Any testimonials, client stories, before-and-after examples, shared experiences, or results are individual experiences only. They are not guarantees that you will experience the same or similar results.

8. Intellectual Property

All Yoga4Face® content, materials, videos, PDFs, methods, practices, frameworks, images, recordings, written materials, course content, workshop content, and digital products are the intellectual property of Renée Ambarees Isermann LLC unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, share, distribute, resell, teach, modify, upload, publish, or use any materials for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Your purchase grants you personal access only. It does not grant you ownership of the content or permission

9. Access to Digital Products and Courses

Access to digital products, online courses, videos, recordings, and materials is provided according to the terms stated on the relevant sales page, checkout page, or written agreement.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary technology, internet access, and device compatibility to access digital materials.

Renée Ambarees Isermann LLC is not responsible for technical issues caused by your device, internet connection, email provider, or third-party platforms.

10. Scheduling, Cancellations & Missed Sessions

For private sessions, calls, or booked appointments, you are responsible for attending at the scheduled time.

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Missed sessions, late cancellations, or no-shows may be forfeited and are not refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Renée Ambarees Isermann LLC reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to illness, emergencies, travel, technical issues, or other unexpected circumstances.

11. Keynotes, Workshops & Events

For keynotes, workshops, corporate events, retreats, or in-person experiences, booking details, fees, travel requirements, cancellation terms, and deliverables will be confirmed in writing.

A booking is not confirmed until payment, deposit, or written agreement has been completed according to the agreed terms.

Event organizers are responsible for providing accurate event details, audience information, technical requirements, location details, and any agreed support needed for delivery.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Renée Ambarees Isermann LLC / Yoga4Face® shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, emotional, physical, financial, professional, personal, or spiritual outcome resulting from your use of this website, participation in any offer, or application of any guidance, practices, or materials.

You agree that your participation is voluntary and that you are responsible for your own choices, actions, wellbeing, decisions, and results.
